Lions Give Quandre Diggs a 3 Year Extension

His move to safety has apparently paid off.

The Detroit Lions announced Monday that they have given Quandre Diggs a 3 year extension. His move to safety has apparently paid off as the extension is worth 20.4 million dollars. His yearly salary will be at 6.8 million slightly above few Lions safety  Glover Quinn.

The 2015 6th round pick 200th overall is one of two players still on the Lions that came from that draft. The other you may ask is Ameer Abdullah.

What does this mean for Golden Tate? Many believed he was next in line for an extension. The Lions wrap up one of their talented DB’s. we will have to wait and see what Golden Tate’s future is.
